Employer’s Terms & Conditions



  • Having carried out the required checks and verification on drivers, Primeheight Corporate Services shall not be held responsible or liable for any misconduct or misappropriation on the part of the driver and user.  We believe that by verification carried out on your selected driver and has ensures a necessary security check is carried out by our organization to the best of our knowledge we are not liable to any damage, however we are available to provide details of driver guarantors, and other information useful to help users in case of indemnity.
  • The cycle of verification and checks continue with you as the employer, we expect you to constantly ensure your safety and security with the engaged driver.
  • Driver shall indemnify user against any breach resulting from driver’s negligence to the extent of the term as agreed during engagement.
  • However, the indemnity clause shall not be applicable if the customer was found to be negligent.
  • The amount paid to Primeheight Corporate Services for service rendered is a non refundable fee, however users are guaranteed that they would be able to engage a driver selected according to their specification and preference.
  • Under Resourcing, Drivers are not employees of Primeheight Corporate Services, once engaged they become the responsibility of the user.
  • Users are not allowed to use the service of an engaged or disengaged driver hired on our platform in sourcing for another driver(s), as we consider this act a breach of contract and this could result in total delisting of the user from our platform, considering the nature of the circumstance that led to such act.
  • Users that subscribed to one-off subscription are to be served accordingly, under this term; a user is only allowed one replacement of driver, if anything occurs with the relationship within the first three month of engagement.  

    Driver’s Replacement Condition is as follows;

  • Driver’s Acceptance/Rejection Policy
  • After a successful check and verification and it has been ascertain that the driver is ready and willing to join the prospective employer as the official driver of the user, we expect that the user accepts the driver and further engaged him/her. However if the users feels the need to reject the driver for any particular reason, this should be communicated to us within the stipulated period of three months, minding the underlisted conditions for replacement;
  • A driver can be replaced only if we get a rejection notice from the user within the first three month of engagement.
  • Display of observable gross misconduct that led to the sudden rejection of the driver
  • Insubordination on the part of the driver within the specified period of three months of engagement.
  • A driver will not be replaced if by any means the driver was rejected without any concrete reason given.
  • Any complaint after the stipulated time of three months is considered a new/fresh transaction.
  • We expect prompt complaints from our users immediately any issue arises for early closure of noticed gaps.
  • We expect a cordial working relationship between the driver and the employer.
